Wedding of Chaitra and Alex in the Historic Union Church of Pocantico Hills.
It was a beautiful day for a wonderful couple Chaitra and Alex, who have decided to tie their knot at one of the Historic sites in Terrytown Historic Union Church of Pocantico Hills.
There are many wonderful aspects of the Union Church, mainly the beautiful stained-glass windows – ten of them in all – that grace the sanctuary by two of the 20th century’s greatest artists, Henri Matisse and Marc Chagall.
Photographing weddings in historic sites for over 20 years, I have grown accustomed to certain rules…… Well Union Church was no different, I met Father Paul prior to the ceremony to go over his rules and regulations, mostly the "DO NOT’S LIST". First and for most he has forbidden me from taking photos of those beautiful stained glass. The list did not end there . No flash, no coming up the isle, no coming down the isle, no moving, no crackling of the floor, almost no breathing….
As a professional, I oblige 100%. Well in this case I messed up….. (unintentionally). You are waiting for me to say that I have photographed the stained glass hah? Nope, that wasn’t it, I was afraid for my life to do such a thing, instead, I have taken one photo of the bride and her father walking down the isle from behind WITH A FLASH….. WOW!!! Here is that shot….
Here are some of the stained glass images borrowed from http://www.hudsonvalley.org/content/view/80/145/

For the whole ceremony I had to stay back. Nevertheless, the wedding was beautiful and here is a short slideshow of this beautiful day….Congratulations Chaitra and Alex!!!

This Sat Laura and Ross invited me to the PEPSICO Headquarters to photograph their love story. It was quite a muggy and warm morning. Nevertheless, Laura and Ross made it work and allowed me to capture themselves in a perfect light in a most incredible atmosphere. Laura and Ross complement each other both with wonderful personalities. Here is a a short snippet of their perfect day!!!
This past Friday I had a chance to meet an absolutely joyful couple Victoria and Lance. Both were made for each other.
Here is their photo recap from their special day! Congratulations to you both!
Victoria - Lance and I chose Greg to capture our special day. The first time I met with Greg, I knew he would be the one we would choose. Greg was extremely approachable. He spent a great deal of time with me, answered any questions I could come up with and his photos were beautiful.
Greg understood exactly what Lance and I wanted and he was more than we could have asked for. His professionalism and relaxed nature made picture taking enjoyable. On top of that, he was fun! He not only took absolutely beautiful photos, he got the silly and candid shots that make a wedding even more memorable!
Thank you Greg, because of you, I know we will have a VERY difficult time choosing which photos will go into our album!

It’s absolutely humbling to come back to your wonderful clients whose wedding you photographed in the past to photograph their new bundle of joy. Today I had a fantastic time photographing baby Esther, who is getting close to her 6 months birthday! She was a true trooper, she calmly and patiently set through 3-4 changes before asking us kindly with a piercing scream to please end this. Here is the slide show from her Modeling Debut!!!

I have just gotten this beautiful email from Jessica (the bride I photographed 2 weeks ago) Jessica and Shaun Wedding I wanted to share it with all of you!.
“Greg is an incredibly talented and creative individual who loves people as much as he does photography. And it shows. Greg has a gift for putting people at ease and has the ability to create a great shot without making it look or feel contrived. My husband and I are not what one would call comfortable in front of the camera but Greg allowed us to be ourselves and have fun, and it shows in the beautiful pictures he took. He went out of his way to put together a beautiful slideshow for us just days after the wedding and it meant so much to be able to see it while we were on our honeymoon. Greg was more than simply “the photographer” and truly went above and beyond to help the day go smoothly. We are lucky to have been able to work with him and I highly recommend him.”
